Our Iddle Biddles turned 6 months old today. Wow the time has just flown by. It is quite a milestone for us as a family. We have survived 6 months. Although Eli has made it pretty easy on us.
Birthdays are a big deal in the Bacon household...even 1/2 birthdays must be paid due respect. Cake and all. I attempted my first character cake...Cookie Monster. Eli's favorite. I must say after seeing the awesome cakes Margie makes I am dying to take a class.
Eli was in awe of flame.
That was, of course until he got his hands on the frosting...We were planning on allowing Eli a finger taste...but Eli had other plans. Our little monkey's hands got away from us during our family photo shoot and into the frosting.
Here's his first taste.
He loved it.
His face says it all! Blue frosting everywhere!
I must say I teared up a bit when I realized how quickly the time had passed. Eli is the best thing Dave and I have ever done. We cherish every crazy moment with this Lil' Man.
